Refund policy

SHIPPING:

  • All shipped items have 14 days to be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return. 
  • A store credit will be issued with any returns. 
  • Any returns passed 14 days will not be eligible for a full refund. There will be a 5% restocking fee. 
  • Store credit must be used within 3 months of receiving. 

LOCAL PICKUPS:

  • Local pickups will have 3 days from purchase to pickup, try on and initiate return by either contacting Gracie Marlow through Facebook messenger or by the contact us questionnaire located on our website. 
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn and tags in-tact. Any items not in these conditions will result in no credit.
  • All returns will have a store credit initiated to the customer in the form of gift card for the website or by messenger on Facebook purchases.
  • Store credit must be used within 3 months of receiving. 

SALE ITEMS:

  • All sale items are final. 
  • Items are sold as is.
  • No exchanges or returns for store credit.
